Haven't had any time this semester to upload sketches but now that I'm off for a month (that's right a whole month!!!) I finally have time to put my work up.

Storyboard assignment to board a character's change in a sequence. Lord of the Rings the Fellowship of the Ring. Yeah, I've got a girly voice, I couldn't really hit the low register for the characters. Enjoy.

NEW YET SIMILAR SKETCHBOOK

It’s always hard starting a new sketchbook. You’ve really gotta break them in. I find that usually the first couple (or in my case many) pages are completely filled with garbage drawings and you really have to work to keep drawing in that evil sketchbook which reminds you of how awful you are. But then you remember, “hey, life moves on” and you forget about it and put the pencil to the paper again. Keep drawing guys things get better and there's light at the end of the tunnel. Happy drawing =)

I've been trying to work on my perspective so environment drawings here I come!! I'm still a little rusty but I'll get better with practice.

Realized I forgot to post a couple of my life drawings from third and fourth semester. So here they are late but up for the world to see. The rest of them will hopefully be posted soon.

Juliet and the Dinosaur

This one's inspired by one of the cutest little girls I've ever got to love. For her birthday she got a Stitch plushie but only really fell in love with the toy once she thought it was a dinosaur. Love this kid. I may come back to this and just colour he in flats and cel shading but for now here's the final product.

Randoms and Mixtures

 It's come to my attention I really need to work on environments again and perspective. I'm so rusty and have got to put drawing faces and torsos on the back burner just for a little while. There was a beautiful pregnant lady (I think I might have scared while drawing hahahaha). Pregnant people usually scare me, not going to lie, but the drawing didn't turn out too bad. I'm glad I was able to capture her. Of course a lot of ROM sketches went into my sketchdump as well. Thanks friends for joining me and sharing a lot of good laughs together.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

I was told a hilarious story my friend experienced while working at his job. So as a gift to him I drew what I thought happened. There you go man, I hope you enjoy my interpretation. =P Laughing with you hurts my sides and I wouldn't have it any other way. <3

Some ROM Sketches

I loveeeeed this statue that was displayed on this cute little French table in one of the exhibits. This was truly a beautiful pose and face, and very inspiring. And of course in the sketches I had to add one soccer player to commemorate Fifa world cup.

Can't Stop Me Now!

No really you can't. I've been drawing like mad these past couple of days and it's been amazing. I'm loving that I'm finally able to see some growth and progression in my drawings! Soon, hopefully I'm going to start an animation of my own but for now I'll fill my blog with cafe drawings. Enjoy =)
