Digital Fish

3rd semester has begun and I can already feel the effects of drawing for long hours. It's an enjoyed pain though can't say I'd want it any other way. This is the first assignment for digital painting class, tonal study of a fish.

Delphic Sibyl

This is one of my favourite paintings of all time and it's a part of the ceiling of the great Sistine chapel. I just love the face Michelangelo gave her as well as the breathtaking drapery. What a master, and one of my artist inspirations that have led me down this road of art. Another one from sketchbooks past.

Digital Paint Practice

This is a sketch that I ended up fleshing out and painting. The first time I've ever done line art digitally... and man was it brutal. The line art on photoshop took multiple days of patience. Yep glad that's over, but good practice none the less. I'm going to be ready for when school starts!
